Swim 25 minutes (any stroke, just try and continuously swim for the duration of the 25 minutes. If you need to break try and make it minimal)
Flutter Kicks 300 (in as few amount of sets as possible)

Walking Lunges with dumbbells held over head – 30 Total (15 each leg)
Clock Hops – 1 minute
Jump squats – 12
8 count body builders – 8 (total)
Mountain climbers – 30 (2 counts)
Abs/core:
2 Rounds of:
Leg Levers (w/ splits) – 50 (total)
Flutter Kicks – 50 (4 counts)
Plank – 2 minutes
Medicine Ball Twists- 60 (Each side)
