- Run Mile 1 at a slower than average pace
- Run Mile 2 at a faster than average pace
- Run Mile 3 at a slower than average pace
- Run Mile 4 at a faster than average pace
Switching up your pace during the run and ending with a fast paced mile is a great way to boost metabolism and keep it up for hours after your workout!
