Congrats to Ben and Myles!

Monday, April 4th, 2011

The MidwestFit Team just wanted to give a quick congrats to Ben and Myles for completing the Indiana University Mini Marathon on Saturday. The IU Mini has traditionally been a tough run due to the rolling hills of Bloomington, IN and so we wanted to show our support for our fellow MidwestFit members. A special congrats to Myles for finishing 23rd overall…All while wearing jean shorts!

Also a quick congrats to our friend Kevin M. for finishing the race and to anyone out there who took on the hills on Bloomington this past Saturday!

ANNOUNCEMENT: The Return of Miles with Myles

Friday, February 25th, 2011

In order to better serve your fitness needs, we are bringing back the Miles with Myles training program for all those runners out their looking to prepare for their next race. Since we do not want to clutter our main page so that people who do not use the program are not bothered, we have decided to make his daily program a page of its own. It will be found at the top of our site under “Miles with Myles Training Program” starting on Saturday, Feb. 25. This way it can be found separately from our main workouts. We hope this will help to improve our site and are always looking for ways to do so. If you have any suggestions or for any reason this concerns you please send your comments/concerns to midwestfit@gmail.com.

Myles story can be found in the “Success Stories” section under “Inspiration“. The program that he will provide has led him to a healthy lifestyle and the ability to compete in numerous races around the country.

We at MidwestFit want to thank you for all your support and hope you remember that we are simply here to help YOU get fit and live the lifestyle that you want.

Sincerely,

Ben & K
