11/9/10 – Tuesday – Back At It
Tuesday, November 9th, 2010Whelp, time to stop using the 200 mile relay as an excuse to rest I suppose. So today I am getting back at it a bit. Going to ease into my running to try and avoid injury at all cost.
Run 3 miles
Tricep Cable Push-Downs 12 x 3
Dumbbell Bench Press 12 x 3
Bent Over Lateral Arm Raises 10 x 3 (both arms)
Close Grip Chin Ups 7 x 3
Dumbbell Bent Over Rows 12 x 3
(If you are looking to tone up and burn fat then do 1 set of each of these and cycle through the workout 3 times with a 2 minute break between circuits and no breaks between individual workouts)
