Potential PT #1 – Endurance Run

Stretch

Run 3-5 miles

OR

Run (Cardio Train) 35-55 minutes

Abs/Core:

Complete 3 rounds as quickly as possible of:

1. Crunches with legs in air in seated position – 50
2. Flutter Kicks – 20 (4-counts)
3. Side Plank – 30 seconds each side
4. Leg Lifts – 30
5. Plank 1 Minute and 30 seconds
