You know it, you love it. Help work off the weekend activities.
It’s been hot everywhere lately, make sure you hydrate properly! Gatorade and water are always a good combo. Make sure you are getting a good amount of electrolytes, especially potassium and sodium. Potassium can be found in actual juices (i.e. orange juice, v8 Fusion) or actual fruit (bananas, water melon) and sodium can be found in your basic gatorade or powerade.
