No problem, that's what we're here for! Just be sure you are resting muscle groups properly if you switch back and forth. This chart should help! http://midwestfit.com/information/supercompensation/

Hi Martin, thanks for asking before performing both.

Definitely DO NOT perform both exercise programs. They are both meant to be done separately. What we have on our daily workouts generally do not fit the muscle mass category, so it depends upon your goals which one you should do. If you perform both (assuming here you're not in super specific athletic training of some sort, alert us if you are) you will easily reach the pitfalls of overtraining, which will not allow your muscles to derive benefits of the exercises due to the extreme over-stress placed on them, but more importantly could lead to injury.

For a little more info on training and workout programs, check out this quick read below, and as always email is at midwestfit@gmail.com with any questions. http://www.hivehealthmedia.com/importance-rest-recovery-properly-regimenting-workouts/

i understand that its a circuit. but do you do the strength one and then the endurance one? or do you do one or the other. sometimes you give an option for the workout of the day.

Devin, these are all circuits. So you perform the exercises in order (1 thru whatever number of exercises listed) then repeat the the order as many times as stated.
