We just wanted to share with you that a new page has been added under Stuff entitled “Ragnar Relay”. This page will be dedicated to posts by Keegan that will follow his training for the Ragnar Relay Tennessee. We wanted to give you a bit of a different take on the training as opposed to just posting run distances, etc. This page will be more of a blog/journal from his perspective on getting ready for the race.
