    I sometimes have to add in an extra day of rest, when the workouts are really tough, so I don’t injure myself. Or, I’ll do your active recovery method – where I do a much lighter than normal workout and lots of stretching.

      That’s always a good call to throw in an extra rest day when you feel like you need it, Nancy. This upcoming week we’re actually throwing in 2 rest days to make sure we’re all taking it easy ourselves!
