Potential PT #1 – Endurance/Fat Burning Cardio
Run 4 miles
During the 4 miles run at your normal pace for 4 minutes, then run at a much faster pace for the next minute, then return to your normal pace. Repeat the entire run. This is designed to include the endurance aspect of running 4 miles, but also will add a metabolism booster, and a bit of some higher inetnsity training as well.
Abs/Core:
Flutter Kicks 2 x 35
Sit Ups 2 x 25
Double Crunches 2 x 35
Medicine Ball Twists 2 x 40 (count: 1,1,2,2,3,3,etc.)
Plank 2 x 1 minute 30 seconds
