What would the short list of important stretches be after a total body workout? A video would be helpful and could be linked under each workout for reference.
Hi Josh, we apologize for the late reply. The stretching video is in the works. The reason we haven’t had one up is because K and myself have been extremely busy the past 6 weeks. We both have moved to different cities, started new jobs, and on top of that chaos have been doing our best to keep up with our Daily PT’s and other Posts/Pages for MidwestFit. We are hoping to have one up tomorrow afternoon if everything works out. It will be a short video running through a list of basic static stretches. Thanks for your patience!
