Stretch

15 minutes of:

10 pushups
15 situps
10 wide pushups
10 flutter kicks
5 pull ups

Rest as needed, but try to keep your heart rate up and those muscles burning!   It’s only 15 minutes so get after it and get through as many rounds as possible.
