4 Rounds as quickly as you can of:
Run 800 meters
Dumbbell bench press
Pull Ups - 10
Handstand Push Ups – 5
Bicep Blasters - 1 Minute
Flutter kicks – 50 (4 counts)
Plank 2 minutes

I’m just curious about this circuit as you don’t have a suggestion as to how many times to go through it. Should it just be done as many times as you can fit in during a set period of time, or should the goal be to complete it X number of times?
