Potential PT #1 – Core Strengthening and Cardio

Bike 20 minutes

AB CIRCUIT (1 min for each exercise unless said otherwise):

Flutter Kicks

Kettle Ball Half Get Ups (both sides)

Hanging Leg Extensions (usually done on a dip bar or hanging from pull up bar. Try to bring legs up and knees to chest)

Double Crunches

Plank (2 minutes or as far as you can go into the 2 minutes)

END CIRCUIT

Bike 15 minutes

Do same ab circuit as above

Bike 15 minutes

Do same ab circuit as above

Run 4 Miles

Abs and Core:

Flutter Kicks – 100 (4 counts)
Situps – 100
Leg Lifts 100
Crunches – 100
