12/20/10 – Monday – Oops!
Alright, we have been traveling the past week and had been updating the site from our mobile devices only to discover today that they were not going through! We apologize for this and hopefully that will be the last time. Stupid phones…Oops!
Today’s PT:
It is most like cold where you are so running outside could be difficult/annoying…But if you are in warm weather we suggest getting out and enjoying it with a nice run or something…Otherwise, for those of us stuck inside, this is a workout to shed some calories without the cardio…
Do this circuit with little to no rest. If not performed in this fashion you will be doing yourself a disservice. For some of the exercises, you may not be able to do 30 or 40 in a row, just make sure you do a total of the number given.
Do this circuit 2 to 3 times, depending on ability:
Push Ups 30
Pull Ups 30
Chin Ups 30
Double Crunches 30
Flutter Kicks 40
Prison Squats 30
Bicep Curls 30
Triangle Push Ups 30
