10/29/10 – Friday – Almost the Weekend
If you happen to have weight vest or free weights to increase your body weight for these exercises, use it. I’m going for using 30 pounds.
Push Up Pyramid – 5,10,15,20,25,20,15,10,5
Regular Grip Pull Ups – 2 sets of 5 reps
Wide Grip Pull Ups – 2 sets of 5 reps
Under Hand Chin Ups – 2 sets of 5 reps
Alternating Lunges – 30 each leg (Break these down into as many sets and reps as you need to finish)
If you’re feeling up for it, lose the weight vest and complete a 20 minute tempo run.
