Nothing too intense today, just something to keep the metabolism going and appeal to those out there who never stop moving….

Jog (Yes, a word you will not see often) 3-5 miles

Try and enjoy this run. Usually we stress intensity so you would be surprised to see how relaxing a nice jog can be. Go somewhere nice and take in the scenery. If you are going to hit the treadmill, do me a favor and take to PT #1.
